Halfway balls and graduation nights
Tables for dinner facing the stage, then the dance floor until 4 a.m. The room holds an entire year group.
Student festivals and faculty events
Full production: a stage, an LED wall for visuals and room for a live set or a DJ. The garden serves as the chillout area.
Regular nights
Thursday student series — the best midweek rates and packages for regular organisers.
Hire prices for students and student unions
Prices are net (plus 23% VAT). Every package includes room, bar and cloakroom staff, licensed security, cleaning, audio and lighting, plus a free hour to set up.

How to organise a student party at Odessa Club

Send an enquiry
The date, the expected number of guests and the format. We reply within 2 hours on working days — including to emails from university domains.

Quote and agreement
A firm offer covering the whole cost. The agreement and invoice can be made out to the university, the student union or a student organisation.

Booking fee of PLN 2,000
We hold the date once the agreement is signed and the booking fee of PLN 2,000 net is paid — it counts towards the hire price.

The party
Security on the door, wristbands, the bar and the cleaning are on us. You handle the programme and the promotion.
Frequently asked questions
How much does hiring the club for a student party cost?
Weekdays: PLN 3,500 net for 4 h or PLN 4,900 net for 7 h. Fridays and Saturdays: PLN 5,000 / 7,000 net. Always with a free hour to set up and full staffing included.
Can we sell tickets or entry passes?
Yes. Wristbands with your own design (PLN 0.75 each), stamps and a staffed door. Sales and the guest list are up to you.
Will the club invoice a university or student union?
Yes — a VAT invoice straight away, and an agreement with the organisation, the union or the university. We handle institutional billing as a matter of course.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Yes, the DJ plugs into our system. A DJ set-up (mixer and two speakers) costs PLN 500 to hire, and an engineer PLN 1,500 net.
How late does the party run?
Until 4 a.m. — with no quiet hours inside the club.
