What the hire price includes
You hire the club and we handle the logistics. All you have to do is enjoy it.
Bartender and bar service
We provide the bartender, glassware, ice and full service, plus soft drinks for every guest. Alcohol for guests of legal age is arranged by the person hiring the club — we never sell alcohol to young people.
Security and cloakroom
Two licensed security staff, a staffed cloakroom, and cleaning before, during and after the party — all included in the package.
Light and sound
Club and stage lighting with a JBL event sound system. A DJ can plug into our rig in fifteen minutes.
What does an 18th in a club cost?
Two packages, clear prices. Each includes full staffing, security, cleaning, equipment and a free hour to set the room up. Prices are net (+23% VAT; invoice issued immediately).
4-hour package
PLN 5,000 net — Friday / Saturday
Monday–Thursday: PLN 3,500 net. Four hours of party plus a free hour to set up. The most popular choice for an 18th.
7-hour package
PLN 7,000 net — Friday / Saturday
Monday–Thursday: PLN 4,900 net. Seven hours plus a free hour. Full flexibility on timing — the one to pick if you plan to go until dawn.
Extras
DJ — PLN 1,500
Our DJ plays from the birthday guest's list but reads the room and keeps everyone on the floor. Bringing your own? They plug into our sound system but bring their own controller or mixer.
Photo wall
A 3×2.3 m press wall printed with the name and theme of the party. An instant photo spot by the entrance — your guests do the promotion for you.
Photographer / photo booth
An event photographer for three to four hours, or a photo booth with prints — from PLN 900. Social-ready material within a few days.
Pizza and snacks
Hot pizza during the party from PLN 30 per person; sharing boards and finger food from PLN 25 per person. Served hot.
Candy floss / popcorn
A staffed machine for PLN 400 — a fun touch that younger guests love. A mobile bar is PLN 450.
Wristbands and entry passes
Custom-printed paper wristbands (PLN 0.75 each) and entry stamps — full control over the guest list at the door.
Throw an 18th people will remember
We've seen hundreds of parties — the legendary ones and the ones that died at ten. A few simple things make the difference. These aren't rules, just tips from people who know the dance floor. Sort them out in advance and then enjoy yourself.
The party is for your guests, not your playlist
The most common mistake is deciding that it's your birthday so only your tracks get played. Your favourites are not necessarily the favourites of the eighty people on the floor. Plan the night around your guests and you'll have a better time too, because the floor won't empty.
Hand the music to the DJ and forget about it
Don't DJ your own party. Just give them a brief — hip-hop and pop, no cheesy stuff (unless that's exactly your thing, or you're into jazz — then say so) — and let them read the floor and lift it when it needs lifting.
Keeping people dancing is the DJ's job, not yours
A good DJ notices the floor sagging and fixes it before you even spot it. Your job that night is to be the birthday guest, not the entertainer. Agree the mood beforehand and let them handle the rest.
The cake is a symbol, not a second dinner
The cake should be a moment — candles, a photo, the birthday song — not a meal. Small and striking, a slice each. Half of a huge cake ends up in the bin and the other half on someone's jacket.
Feed your guests before they start drinking
An empty stomach plus drinks is a reliable recipe for someone dropping out at ten and spoiling the night for everyone. Plan the food, ideally something hot and substantial. Pizza mid-party is a classic because it works.
Invite only people you actually know
"I'll bring a few mates" is the quickest way to end up with someone at your party you didn't want there. The guest list is yours — stick to it. Fewer surprises, more fun. Security will only admit people on the list anyway.
For parents — safety and control
If you're the one making the decision and paying, this section is for you. We've hosted a lot of 18ths and we know what actually worries a parent. Here's how we keep the party in hand, so your child has a great night and you can relax.
Entry from the guest list only
Security admits only the people on the list you prepare. Nobody walks in off the street, no "friends of friends", not even our own staff on their night off. The party really is closed.
Once someone leaves, they go home, not back in
We don't let guests pop out and come back. Leaving the club ends the night for that person. That way nobody drinks outside, disappears into the night, or returns in a different state than they left.
Someone unwell? Care, not the door
If someone overdoes it or feels unwell, they don't end up on the pavement. They stay in a safe place under the care of our security until they recover or a parent collects them. Making sure nothing happens to anyone is the point.
Control over the pace of drinking
We reserve the right to pause the bar if we see the group focusing on drinking rather than enjoying themselves. We step in early rather than after the fact.
Camera view for the parent
On request we give a parent a live view from the main-room camera. You can keep an eye on the evening without standing in the middle of it and cramping everyone's style.
VIP room — the birthday guest's private base
The birthday guest gets their own soundproofed VIP room: somewhere safe for belongings and presents, a corner to change or take a breather, and a window looking down over the whole floor. A moment out of the crowd, watching everyone enjoy themselves.
Never alcohol for minors
The club never sells or serves alcohol to under-18s — an iron rule with no exceptions. Alcohol for adult guests is arranged by the person hiring the club. Minors are served soft drinks only.
We advise from experience
We'll tell you what works at an 18th and what doesn't: realistic timings, food during the party, music, extras, the right moment for the cake. We've learned from dozens of parties so yours goes smoothly.
Guests aged 16 and over are admitted with the written consent of a legal guardian and photo ID. Two licensed security staff are included in every package. Responsibility for underage guests passes to the event organiser, and the rules are set out in the contract.

The date, the number of guests, the kind of party. We reply within two hours on working days (9 a.m.–6 p.m.).

You get a concrete offer: hire, bar, extras and an estimate of the total. We confirm the date is free.

Contract and booking fee
The date is held once the contract is signed and the PLN 2,000 net booking fee is paid. In season, Saturdays go four to eight weeks ahead.

You arrive and everything is ready. We handle the bar, security, cleaning and equipment. You celebrate.

What does an 18th in a club cost?
Exclusive hire: 4 hours at PLN 5,000 net (Fri/Sat) or PLN 3,500 net (Mon–Thu); 7 hours at PLN 7,000 net (Fri/Sat) or PLN 4,900 net (Mon–Thu). The price covers staff, security, cleaning, equipment, a bartender and soft drinks. Alcohol for adults is arranged separately by the person hiring the club.
How is alcohol handled at an 18th?
The club never sells or serves alcohol to anyone under 18 — that rule is absolute. Alcohol for guests of legal age is arranged by the adult hiring the club, who either brings their own or orders a prepaid adult package from us. Guests buy nothing at the bar. We provide the bartender, the service and soft drinks for everyone.

How late can we party?

Will I get an invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice issued immediately. All prices are net, with 23% VAT added on the invoice.
