The Odessa Club auditorium and stage

What you get for an evening on stage

Stage with a black backdrop and a PM5 LED wall

A clean, dark stage. The PM5 LED wall shows titles, the poster, promo graphics or on-screen elements of the show.

Wireless microphones and sound tuned for speech

Wireless Shure microphones (handheld and headset). The system is tuned for the spoken word — a clean voice with no colouration.

Lighting desk and full blackout

Classic high-contrast stand-up lighting (single spot plus backdrop) or full theatrical lighting. The auditorium blacks out completely.

Foyer with a bar for the interval

A glazed 120 m² patio serving as a ticketed foyer. The bar stays open for the evening, and there is room for a meet and greet after the show.

Intimate stand-up, jazz or an author evening. Tables with bar service and a club atmosphere.

What kind of evening it suits

Stand-up — residencies, headliners, open mics

A full stand-up rider. A residency run? A single headliner? An open mic on Wednesday? Every format works on the same stage.

Theatre, one-person shows, performative readings

A black backdrop, full lighting control and a dressing room for the cast. Suited to theatre and independent productions.

Author evenings, poetry slams, talk shows

A microphone and an armchair on stage. The bar is open, and admission is ticketed or free — your call.

Live podcasts, debates, interviews

Two or three microphones, a camera-friendly stage and the option to stream. An audio feed from FOH for the recording.

Tickets, dressing room and front of house

Entry control, ticket checks, cloakroom

At the entrance: entry control, ticket verification (paper or QR) and a staffed cloakroom with tags. An external ticketing system works without any trouble.

Dressing room for performers

A back room with rails, mirrors and a bathroom. Catering rider — we serve whatever you need.

Foyer bar open for the evening

Open from an hour before the start until the end of the interval, or all evening. Bar takings can be settled against ticket sales.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell my own tickets?

Yes. Use any ticketing system you like (eBilet, Going., Ticketmaster or your own). We provide the venue and the door.

How much does one evening cost?

The price depends on the day of the week and the format (with or without the bar, a full rider or just the room). You get a quote after a short conversation.

Can I record the show?

Yes. There is an audio feed from FOH and camera positions at three points (FOH, the side of the stage and the mezzanine balcony). Bring your own operator, or we can recommend one.

Is there a dressing room for a small group?

We have a 30 m² VIP room that converts into a dressing room. It comfortably takes four to eight people.

Is the venue available on Sunday evenings?

Yes. Sunday is a popular stand-up night, so it often gets booked well ahead.
